Background:
I graduated from Bryan College of Health Sciences (BCHS) with my BSN in 2011, and returned for my MSN in Nursing Education in 2020. As a nurse, I worked in a variety of acute care areas at Bryan Health. My most recent experience was as a staff RN in the Interventional Radiology and Vascular Access department. I also have experience as the lead clinic RN in a family practice office. I began my nursing educator journey as an adjunct faculty at another institution in 2019; the following year I became an adjunct faculty member at BCHS in 2020. In the Fall of 2021, I transitioned to become a clinical educator at Bryan Health. During this time, I was a Nurse Residency program coordinator and assisted with/developed/facilitated various professional development programs.
