Scholarships
Bryan Foundation Scholarships
Over 250 scholarships are awarded each year to students who demonstrate qualities such as—but not limited to—outstanding academic achievement, leadership involvement and financial need.
- Applications are open March 1-15 for students to apply
- Amounts range from $1,000 and up
- Applicants fill out the online application form on Scholarship Manager
- Not all eligible students will receive a scholarship
Bryan Health Workforce Incentives
Bryan Blue Scholars
We offer a scholarship benefit to dependents of full-time and part-time Bryan employees in any undergraduate major at Bryan College of Health Sciences. No application is required to receive this scholarship. Students can indicate dependent status when they apply to a Bryan College of Health Sciences undergraduate program.
Full-time Employees
$7,500 scholarship per year for four years to eligible dependents
- Employees must be employed FT for at least THREE years prior to using the benefit
- Students must apply, be accepted and maintain satisfactory academic progress to renew scholarship
- Students must be full-time and enrolled in any BCHS undergraduate degree program
- Employee must remain a full-time employee each year the scholarship is awarded
Part-time Employees
$3,750 scholarship per year for four years to eligible dependents
- Employees must be employed PT (0.5-0.9 FTE) status for at least THREE years prior to using the benefit
- Students must apply, be accepted and maintain satisfactory academic progress to renew scholarship
- Students must be full-time and enrolled in any BCHS undergraduate degree program
- Employee must remain a part-time employee each year the scholarship is awarded

Grow Your Own
Bryan College of Health Science juniors may receive an offer from the Bryan Health Human Resources Department to participate in the Grow Your Own program. This program offers a forgivable loan for students their senior year at Bryan College of Health Sciences in return for a 1-year work back commitment in the area of greatest need. This program is for nursing and cardiovascular sonography students after graduation.
Partnership Scholarships
Different hospitals across the state of Nebraska offer scholarships for Bryan College of Health Sciences students who are interested in working at their facility. You may indicate your interest in these scholarship opportunities when you apply for Bryan Foundation Scholarships in March or anytime by emailing FA@bryanhealthcollege.edu.
Memorial Community Health Inc. Aurora

- Major: BSN, MLS track for Biomedical Sciences or Healthcare Studies

Through a partnership with Southeast Community College and Bryan College of Health Sciences, students can receive tuition assistance through the Learn to Dream Scholarship. The Learn to Dream scholarship will cover the tuition of up to 30 hours of transferrable non-math and science courses at SCC while a student is concurrently enrolled at BCHS and taking their program's required math and science courses.
