FAFSA Awarding and Verification Portal

What is the Bryan College of Health Sciences FAFSA Verification Portal (formerly known as SAINT Student)?

A secure website for students to submit their request for federal financial aid (loans and/or grants). If verification is needed, additional documents will be requested through this site.

How do I log in?

Click Here to Log in

First-time students will be expected to create a username. We recommend using your Student ID (i.e. SM0001234)

Be sure to write down your username and password and keep it in a safe place. You will need this each year!

I am having troubles, who do I  contact?

If you are having trouble accessing the site, change your browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) and try clearing your browsing history and cache. If you continue to have problems, please email FA@bryanhealthcollege.edu or Schedule an Appointment.

I am a current student, when should I complete this?

In March the year you will start. Select August of that year as your budget period start date.

I am a future Blue Healer, what do I need to do?

If you have deposited and accepted your spot here at Bryan, please log in to complete verification by June 15. Financial Aid staff will be available at New Student Registration Days to assist with completion. 

I am a parent, what are my steps?

You will not need to create an account up front. This is a student-driven site. If parent information is needed, an email will be generated to you with your login instructions.

What documents do I need?

  • FAFSA: You will not be able to advance if the FAFSA is not received by Bryan College of Health Sciences.
  • Grade Level: Your grade level, based on the number of credits earned in your program. Undergraduates should calculate how many credits they will have earned in their program in August:
    • 1st Year, Never Attended College Before
    • 1st Year, Previously Attended College = Transfer/Returning student who has earned under 24 credits for your BCHS program
    • 2nd year, Sophomore = 25-51 credits earned
    • 3rd year, Junior = 52-89 credits earned
    • 4th year, Senior = 90 or more credits earned
  • Credit Hours: Change the preset credit hours from ‘12’ to the number of credit hours you plan to take for Fall, Spring and Summer. This will help us determine the right aid to award you. If you are unsure if you will take classes in the Summer, please put a ‘0’ in this field.

What happens after I submit the verification?

  1. Once you complete and submit, you will receive this message: “Thank you for using our electronic system. Your file is in queue to be reviewed, you will be notified if your file is missing information or if corrected information is needed.”
  2. Expect an auto-generated email within 1-2 weeks verifying the status of your financial aid.
  3. There is no need to “accept” your financial aid package — completing the information in the portal is acceptance.
  4. If you are selected for verification, the Financial Aid office will contact you. Please check your email. Our verification specialist is Brigid Vail, Assistant Director of Financial Aid.
