Accelerated Nursing Degree
Intensive 12-Month Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program
This newly designed program allows students to earn their bachelor of science in nursing degree and enter the nursing field after one year of coursework. The application is now open for students to begin their coursework in Fall 2025.
Admission Requirements
- Cumulative college GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Cumulative college math/science GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Completed bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 6 college semesters at full-time student status completed
- Interview required, invitation will be sent to eligible applicants

- Human Growth and Development
- Microbiology

- Nutrition
- Elements of Statistics
- Pathophysiology
- Business/Management Elective
- Cultural Study Elective
- CNA Course
- BLS for the Health Care Professional/Provider courses from the American Heart Association, Military Training Network (MTN) Resuscitation Programs or the American Red Cross needs completed prior to start of classes
Transfer Credit
Students must earn at least a C grade in these prerequisite courses to be considered as transfer credit.
